How long does it take to process my order?

It depends on the type of garment:

  • Ready to ship: I usually ship within 5 business days .

  • Pre-order: takes a little longer, about 15/20 working days , because the item is created especially for you.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Free over €180 in Italy and €200 in the EU .

  • For smaller orders:

    • €10 in Italy

    • €14 in the EU (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden)

Do I ship to other countries?

For any countries not listed in the checkout or listed here, please contact me: I'll do my best to arrange shipping.

Are there any customs duties or import taxes?

There may be, and in that case they are the responsibility of the buyer.
Unfortunately, I cannot control or prevent any delays due to customs checks.

What are the delivery times?

  • Italy: approximately 2-5 working days from shipment.

  • Europe/Abroad: generally 8/15 days , depending on the country.

When I ship, you'll receive an email with the tracking code , so you can track your package yourself.
Delivery times may vary due to weather, traffic, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Can I have my package sent to a collection point?

Of course! At checkout you can choose:

  • Standard home delivery if you want to receive it at home

  • Pick-up point if you prefer to pick it up when it's convenient for you

After ordering, you can view the map and choose the most convenient location for you.
