Can I return or exchange an item?

Did you order an item in the wrong size or it doesn't quite fit your expectations? No problem: you can return or exchange it .

You can return the product within 14 days (unused and in the original packaging) for a full refund, or exchange it for another size or product.

I will take note of the return or exchange and explain to you step by step what to do.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

What are the return deadlines?

  • Contact me within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return items within 21 days of delivery.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, some items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom orders

  • Intimate items (for health and hygiene reasons)
