How do I choose the right size?
To accurately choose your size, I recommend taking your measurements: bust, waist, and hips.
Under each item, next to the sizes, you will find my Size Recommendations with the corresponding body measurements: compare them with yours.
If you still have doubts or your measurements do not fall within the indicated ranges, write to me via the contact form or by email at ciao@nivule.it indicating the item you are interested in, your measurements and your height.
This way I can give you better advice.
How do your garments fit?
Overall the garments have a comfortable fit.
Any special fits are indicated in the description of each product.
I would like a small customization (size, length, etc.)
Contact me indicating the model you are interested in and your body measurements (height, bust circumference, waist and hips).
I'll tell you if the modification is possible, the cost, and whether the customization still allows for a return.
I will also evaluate whether I can accept custom orders at that time or whether it is necessary to put you on a waiting list.
How can I request an exchange or return?
If you need to exchange or return an item, no problem: simply fill out the form below and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
What fabrics do you use?
Most of the fabrics I use are deadstock : materials produced in excess by big brands, or with small defects, which I recover thanks to artisanal production.
These fabrics are available in limited quantities, often of excellent quality and made with natural ingredients. When I find them, I feel lucky!
In some cases, I also use certified fabrics; the certification and origin will always be indicated in the garment description.
During my travels, I've collected fabrics from different parts of the world: I can't wait to share them with you, because each one tells a story.
What does "preorder" mean? Why wait?
When you find PREORDER in the title of an item, it means that the item will be made to order.
Your garment will be cut and made especially for you in approximately 20 working days (or as specified in the description).
By pre-ordering, you help me reduce waste: I only produce what's actually in demand, avoiding stock levels and keeping prices more affordable.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept major credit cards and PayPal .
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, contact me and I'll explain how to proceed.
Is my data safe?
Yes, your data is protected and will never be shared with third parties.
They are used exclusively to manage and ship your order.
What happens after I place my order?
You will receive a confirmation email.
When your order is ready to ship—about 5 days for ready-to-wear items and 20 days for pre-orders—you'll receive a notification from the shipping service with your tracking number, so you can track your package yourself.
I'm expecting a baby / I'm breastfeeding: are your clothes suitable?
It depends on your pregnancy and what you find comfortable.
I can provide you with precise measurements of the garment and advise you, but only you can understand what will make you feel best.
I have a shop and would like to sell your clothes: is it possible?
At the moment I am not organized to sell to stores, because I produce limited quantities.
You can, however, write to me and leave your contact information: if I open up to B2B sales in the future, you'll be among the first to be notified.
